Good to know
  • Pick one goal to start. You can add more any time.
  • Your 7-day trial of every feature starts when you sign up.
Chapter 2

Add entries three ways

There are three ways to get your numbers in. Most people import once, then speak or type from there on.

Tap the microphone and say it the way you would to a friend. Try building a phrase below and watch how it gets filed.

What was it?
How much?
When?
“Groceries 84 today”
Groceries−$84.00Today
Good to know
  • Say the amount and what it was for. The shop name is a bonus.
  • No need to say “dollars” or add a $ sign.
  • Add it at the till or as you leave. Ten seconds now saves guessing later.
  • Speak in English, French, Spanish, Hindi or the language that comes naturally. Your entry is written up in the language you chose in Settings.
Chapter 4

Set goals that move

A goal with a number and a date is far easier to stick to. Play with the planner to see how a small monthly amount changes the finish line.

20 months
Around June 2028

US$8,000 to go. In Wealth Passport, this updates by itself every time you add savings.

Try it: sample calculator
Good to know
  • Make it specific: “$10,000 emergency fund”, not “save more”.
  • Set the monthly amount to something you can keep up on a tight month.
  • Move money to savings on payday, before it has a chance to be spent.
Chapter 5

Build the habit

Wealth Passport is only as good as what goes in. These six habits keep it accurate with very little effort.

MTWTFSS

A full week of entries. After the first week, most of your regular spending is already in, and adding new entries takes seconds.

Every day10 seconds

Add it as you go

Say or type each spend when it happens. It is the one habit that keeps everything else accurate.

Every week5 minutes

Sunday check-in

Look at cash flow and recent entries. Fix anything filed in the wrong place.

Every month10 minutes

Update your balances

Wealth Passport never connects to your bank, so refresh account, investment and loan balances once a month.

Every month2 minutes

Read your health check

Pick one note to act on. One small change a month adds up.

Every few months5 minutes

Revisit your goals

Life changes. Adjust targets and monthly amounts so the dates stay realistic.

Every year15 minutes

Look back on your year

Compare your net worth with a year ago, notice what changed, and set next year's goals.

Chapter 6

Stay private

Your finances are personal, so Wealth Passport is built to know only what you choose to tell it.

We never ask for
Your online banking username or password
A connection to your bank account
Your account only

You sign in with your own Google account. Your entries are private to you.

You stay in control

Every number comes from something you chose to add, and you can edit or remove it.
